You must provide an accurate email address, keep your credentials secure and be responsible for activity on your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

You keep ownership of the material you upload and of the productions you create. You grant us only the licence needed to store your content and to run the generations you request.

You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload, including likeness rights for any person shown in a reference image.

Use of the platform is subject to the Acceptable Use policy. We may suspend an account that breaches it.

The service is provided as is. Generation capacity is rate limited and may be paused for maintenance or to protect the platform. We do not guarantee that a specific model or provider remains available.

The platform does not currently sell credits, subscriptions or any other paid plan. Any cost figures shown in the product are non-billable estimates. Paid plans, if introduced, will be governed by terms presented at the point of purchase.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data or output beyond what we can restore from our own backups.

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the date on this page. You may stop using the service at any time, and we may terminate accounts that breach these terms.
